New Accounts

In providing registration and transactional information to Banta Saw, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and correct information about yourself. If Banta Saw has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Banta Saw has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the account.

Managing your password and your account

Customers are solely responsible for managing their password and for keeping their password confidential. If you have forgotten your password, follow the instructions provided on the web site. You agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur on your account or through use of your password by yourself or by other persons.

Payment Methods/Order Processing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AmEx credit cards only. Your Payment Method will be charged when you submit your order for a Product, at checkout. You will be charged for the total cost of the items, plus all applicable taxes and shipping, no handling fees. If a Retail Product you ordered is not available, we will notify you by email of any backorders.

If you elect to receive a shipping quote prior to order processing your order will be held in a pending state until we have received your reply via e-mail confirming and accepting the quoted shipping charges. After e-mailing the shipping quote Banta Saw will hold your order for up-to (2) business days. Failure to confirm your order within this timeframe will result in your order being cancelled and removed from our system.

E-Mail Communications and Customer Inquiries

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their e-mail filter is set to allow incoming mail from sales@bantasaw.com. All internet-based orders and inquiries are done via e-mail ONLY.

Minimum Order Amount

There is a $15 minimum web order.  Orders submitted under $15 are subject to a surcharge to meet this minimum level. 

Sales Tax Policy

All orders shipped to Canadian addresses are subject to applicable taxes.  International customers are responsible for any customs and duty charges that may be applied. 

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Shipping 

All international orders are shipped via Canada Post.  Domestic orders may be shipped Canada Post or Courier at the customers request. Actual shipping charges apply. We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. 

Shipping Damages

Inspect all parcels prior to acceptance.  If a parcel appears damaged in shipping the onus is on the customer to accept or decline the delivery.  Banta Saw cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit. 

Return Policy

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number.  Please email sales@bantasaw.com.  You must note the web order confirmation number, invoice number and the reason for the return.

Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee except for defective merchandise.  No returns after 30 days from order date.  No returns on electrical components.  All shipping and applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

All items MUST be in their original packaging and in new unused condition.

O.E.M. Part Numbers 

Original Equipment Manufactures (O.E.M) Part Numbers are for reference purposes only.  O.E.M names are registered trademarks of those companies.  It is not our intention, unless specifically stated, to imply that the products are original equipment. When you place an order use the Banta Saw part number shown on this website.
